Suggested Use
- Clear nasal passage by gently blowing your nose before use.
- Prime the pump by removing the safety cap and pressing it a few times until the solution is dispensed.
- Insert nozzle into nostril, depress pump completely, and breathe in through the nose.
- Spray 2-4 times in each nostril as needed.
- For optimal relief, use at least twice daily (morning and night) or as recommended by your doctor.
Tip: If nasal passages are completely blocked, lie down for a few minutes after spraying for better absorption.
